Hi, I'm Amanda
I’ve dedicated my career to helping you find balance with food. I’ve been in your shoes and understand how frustrating it is to feel stressed out and out of control with food, and unhappy in your body. Stress then adds to your weight and health problems, It's a vicious cycle.
I’ve helped hundreds of women just like you find balance with food and improve their stress levels using a balanced, realistic approach to eating.
I believe burnout prevention and recovery need to be holistic and multifaceted. I know with the right tools, we can become more resistant to stress and reduce cravings, bloating, and emotional overeating.
